1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You do not need to provide a reason. To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us through our website contact form. We will acknowledge your cancellation and provide the return address.

2. Returning Items

After you have told us you wish to cancel, you have 14 days to return the items. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. For skincare products, items that have been opened or have broken hygiene seals cannot be returned unless they are defective. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will arrange return shipping at our expense and provide a replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Timing

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your order. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded if you return the entire order.

5. Promotional Offers and Bundles

For products purchased under a promotion, the refund will be based on the promotional price you paid. For bundle offers, all items in the bundle must be returned to receive a full refund. Partial returns of promotional or bundle items will not be eligible for a refund.
